Raptor Foundation Visit
We had a wonderful talk and demonstration from the Raptor Foundation today. Elliot gave us a very informative and entertaining description of the lives of five different species of bird. The four owls and large hawk provided entertainment during a flying display. Did you know the Barn Owl is a silent hunter? The children were amazed at the bird’s strength and agility. We are grateful to the Raptor Foundation for providing such an excellent instructor and inspiring a love of birds within our school.
