Robin Hood
Wed 23 May 2018Pupils from reception to year six enjoyed a wonderful performance of Robin Hood by the Hobgoblin theatre company today. The trio of actors kept us all entertained for over an hour and the children really got into the swing of it, cheering and booing in equal measure. I must thank the PSA for so kindly funding the visit and providing our school with such an interesting and lively opportunity. Tomorrow the pupils will be writing a variety of text types in response to the play and we hope their ideas reflect the tremendous skill the actors bought to the performance.

Perse Trip
Sat 19 May 2018Our year 6 students celebrated the end of their SATs week with a trip to the Perse Upper School. They enjoyed a full day of physical and art activities based around the theme of Polar explorers. As always they were beautifully behaved and made the most of the opportunities so kindly presented by the Perse staff and students.

Maths Challenge
Thu 10 May 2018Well done to the year 5 pupils who represented the school so well at the recent Maths Challenge. Our students were commended for their excellent use of mathematical vocabulary over several very challenging rounds of complex maths puzzles and problems. Mrs Lightning and Miss Brimson feel that you should be very proud of how well you represented the school.
